The quality of the product is good. The sizing is not consistent. I had also ordered the boatneck brami, in the same size, and it fit perfectly but the top on this set is much larger. Sizing should be consistent within the same brand. One star off for that. Another star off for the return process. Most online shops have an option to print a return label from the website and either have free return shipping or deduct the return shipping fee from the refund but make it easy by have a return option on the website and ability to print the return label from it. Not here. I had to email OLGmove to ask how to rerun the set. They did respond with 24 hours and asked if I would order another item of equal value and they would only charge me shipping of $8.99. I then asked that, if that new item didn’t fit (a concern due to inconsistent sizing) would I still be able to return all items and they said no. I declined that offer because if the new item didn’t fit, I’d then be stuck with the original item and new item and not able to wear them. This whole return inquiry process took 4 days over emails. As an online shop, you have to expect a high return rate. This process needs to be fixed and should be available from the website without having to email someone and go through this negotiation for new items and no returns. Disappointed because the other item I bought, that does fit, is a good quality for the price but I won’t risk another purchase from this store because of the inconsistent sizing and difficult return process. I’ll be sending the item back today. Hopefully the refund is given or I’ll have to file a dispute with my credit card company.

So comfortable and feels lovely on. Looks elegant! Must wear smooth undergarments. The skirt a little longer than I like at 5’3. I’ll look for the shorter styles.
